Over the last several centuries, ethnic cleansing by Afghan rulers has been intensely ongoing. Identities in Afghanistan are extinct. Sometimes they are forced to change their identities. Some have disappeared by force in the course of times.

The Nuristanis of the country were forced to change their religious identity. The Jews of Afghanistan, one of the most peaceful communities in the country, have left their country in the last four or five decades.

According to reports, there is now one Jew left in Afghanistan living under the shadow of fears and intimidation.

The Hindu believers of Afghanistan, who have been one of the most peaceful communities in Afghanistan; Today they are in danger of complete extinction.

Ethnic cleansing against the Hazaras has been intensely continuing since the time of Amir Abdul Rahman Khan. This ethnic cleansing has taken many forms, up to mass killings. 62% of the Hazara people have gone to the brink of extinction. The tyranny of the rulers forced most Hazaras to migrate en masse to settle in Pakistan, Iran, Australia, Canada and Europe. These migrations/escapes is still continuing.

Will the So-Called Country Afghanistan Reach to Prosperity With the Pashtuns?

So, eventually, what is the solution?

This is the question that comes to my mind every day. Thereupon I read the contemporary history of Afghanistan, where power has been held by Pashtuns for about three centuries. Pashtun leaders have repeatedly sought to Pashtunize the country (Khorasan). For example, the fertile-lands of the Hazaras in Helmand and Kandahar and other places seized and they faced forced migration! The Hazaras refuge to mountainous central areas.

As the power was constantly in the hands of Pashtuns, wealth and resources have always been given to the Pashtun areas. No resources or facilities have been provided in Hazara areas. As of now, if anyone takes a short trip to all over Kabul, will clearly see how deprived the Hazara areas are of government and national resources. The Hazaras always face prejudices and discriminations even till now!

The type of system structure was changed from kingdom to absolute centralized presidency. That is, the president of the country takes all decisions alone. Because it has always been Pashtun's presidency(as if it is copyright), and national resources and national wealth have always been to the Pashtuns. If the change in the system brought up in the agenda, the Pashtun elites have immediately opposed it.

The genocide of the Hazaras during the reign of Abdul Rahman Khan, the enslavement and sale of Hazara women and men in the markets are clear hostility of Pashtuns. According to historians, more than 62 percent of the Hazara population was massacred by Abdul Rahman Khan's army, and a large part of the Hazara community forcibly migrated to Iran, Pakistan, and other countries. The mass killings of Hazaras are still continuing. The usurpation of fertile-lands in the north of the country and the transfer of Pashtuns in those areas occurred during the reign of King Zahir Shah. The country was officially renamed to Afghanistan by Ahmad Shah Abdali. The Kabuli rupee converted into Afghani and the Persian texts from banknotes removed and instead of that Pashto was written. The National Anthem is Pashto. Respectively, there are dozens of other examples of Pashtunization have taken place in the country of so-called Afghanistan. And so far it has continued.

The only ethnic group that commits suicide attacks is the Pashtuns. The enslavement and sale of women among the Pashtun people are still common. Poppy cultivation and all kinds of drugs are promoted and produced among Pashtun farmers. The production of opium and trafficking of various hashish among Pashtuns is a common practice. Weapons are bought and sold as market goods among Pashtuns. Terrorists such as Taliban, Al-Qaeda, ISIS and others are growing among Pashtuns. The beds for any kind of terrorist ideology are thoroughly available within Pashtuns in all courses of times.

Ancient monuments, historical buildings are destroyed by the Pashtuns. Asphalt roads are being destroyed by Pashtuns. The bridges are blown up by Pashtun. Schools are burned and blown up by Pashtuns. Obviously, every day the Pashtun -Taliban blast infrastructures throughout the country. Doctors, engineers, nurses, teachers and other welfare service providers are being killed by Pashtuns. Farmlands and vineyards are set on fire and destroyed. Girls and women are barred from going to schools and universities. Women are barred from going to offices. More than half of the population of Afghanistan are women; pushed to be passive and become housewives by Pashtuns.

The most recent case of anti-human and inhuman crime carried out by Pashtun-Taliban in a maternity hospital at the West of Kabul, where the residents are all Hazara. Many lives lost, including 20 mothers and many new-born babies were killed or wounded in the attack after minutes or hours of born. Such a brutal action can be expected only from Pashtun- Taliban in the twenty-one century!

I remember The Taliban slogan of 1998, when they were ruling over more than 95 percent of the territory of the country, is still resonant in my ears that they told that Afghanistan belongs to Pashtuns and saying that; Tajiks should go to Tajikistan, Uzbeks to Uzbekistan and the Hazaras to the cemetery.

Unlike Pashtuns, other ethnic groups in Afghanistan, especially the Hazaras, they do not close their doors of schools. They allow their daughters and wives to study, teach and work in the offices. Hazaras do not cultivate poppies. They do not produce or smuggle drugs. Hazara has not yet committed any suicide attack. Although the way is not that much paved for Hazara people in all courses of history of a so-called country Afghanistan, still Hazaras has kept the doors of schools opened and allow their sons and daughters to study and have made a good contribution to the construction, welfare and prosperity of their country. If the Hazaras sometimes took up arms, it was only for self-defense. There was no any sort of aggression on others or any attack carried out by Hazaras.

In Bamiyan province, where the absolute majority is Hazara, there is no attacks, explosions or suicide bombing. All service centres are operating normally. The residents are living with harmony and peacefully with other minorities and the same thing happening in Panjshir province, where the majority of residents are Tajik!

Betrayal, lies, crime, murder, beheading, captivity, cultivation and trafficking of opium and all sort of hashish, extortion, robbery, explosions and suicides attacks, arms sales all belong to the Pashtuns.

What will be the impact of all these ugly Pashtun acts on Pashtun children? The result is clear, a so-called country Afghanistan will never be reached to prosperity with this analysis. The situation is getting worse and worse day by day.

So, eventually, what is the solution?

Firstly, as soon as possible, the United States to annul the peace deal with the Taliban. Ground and airstrikes to be commenced on Taliban terrorists throughout the country as of the only potential solution.

Secondly, the disintegration of Afghanistan into federalism can be the solution in the longer term. To survive the terrorists, this evil and this murderous ethnic group and the enemy of the welfare and prosperity of the people of Afghanistan and finally the enemy of world and humanity.

The way is always paved among Pashtuns for the nesting and growing of global terrorists such as al-Qaeda, ISIS, the Haqqani network and etc. This is the Pashtuns who providing shelters for terrorists. Cultivation of poppy, smuggling and drug production, which is endangering the world. Migration, genocide, child murder, infanticide, women murder, and other forms of crimes in order to have peaceful and stable Afghanistan and must be stopped within Pashtuns that are also for the benefit of the world community's security and safety.

Propaganda: Hazara, as Forced Taliban!

Recently, images of a Hazara Shiite Taliban have surfaced on the social media as a Taliban-appointed district governor in Sar-e-Pul province, identified by the Taliban as the first Hazara Shiite Taliban member in the group.

But, the truths are; first, the Taliban is a highly extremist ideological group, and the majority of the supporters are from Sunni Muslim Pashtun ethnicity. Two, both ethnically and religiously, the difference between Hazara Shiites and Pashtun Sunnis is as different as chalk and cheese!

So, it was based on this ideological difference that the killing of Shiites by the Taliban was considered permissible. Since 1998, under the Taliban's regime, the massacre of Shiite Hazaras was an ordinary action which continues till now. The massacre of common Hazara travelers in recent years across Afghanistan is a clear example of the Pashtun Taliban's hostility against Hazara people from an ideological point of view!

In 1998, Nekpai Valley (located in Doshi district of Baghlan province – north of Afghanistan) inhabited by Hazara-Ismaili minorities came under the Taliban rule. This group forcibly recruited fighters from this ethnic-religious minority against Northern Alliance. Each family had to give a man as a soldier to the Islamic Emirate of the Taliban. Meanwhile, occasionally, the Taliban killed people in the villages and even massacred many of its influential elders in Robatak, an area amid Baghlan and Samangan provinces in the north of the country.

Those conscripts and those who had been recruited forcibly for such a period of service were sent to the front lines of the war against the Northern Alliance, many of whom were killed along the way.

To appease the Taliban, some shown themselves as pro- fighters to the Taliban in order to protect their families and their villages from the harm of the Taliban terrorist group.

During the civil war among the Mojahedin groups, some Hazara Shiites joined the Islamic Party due to contextual realities, which was for the interests of their areas' safety.

Meanwhile, Hezb-e-Islami is also based on Sunni Muslim Pashtun ethnicity, which is not much different from the Taliban. Whenever the Shiite Hazara became Taliban, it has been based on the necessity of the time and compulsion, not on ideological interest!

Well, the war in Afghanistan is undoubtedly a proxy war between regional and supra-regional powers. So, if the Islamic Republic of Iran has used its religious influence on the Shiites of Afghanistan to protect their interests in the region, this could also be possible based on many reasons! For instance, as Hazara youths were sent and used as firewoods to strengthen the foundations of Iran interests in the strongholds of ISIS and Bashar al-Assad's opposition forces in Iraq and Syria using their religious motives for its own benefits! With such an approach, it has merged with Taliban groups to further strengthen Iran's interests in Afghanistan!

In any case, the Hazara have not and will not join the Taliban in any way based on ideological interest and motive. For whatever reason, the Hazara youths have been misused as a consumer tool in different dimensions (Iran used them for its own interests and in cases, time requirements pushed them to join such inharmonic extremist groups).

I have passed through viruses even more dangerous than Corona

I was waiting at the bus stop to go Lorient market to buy some foodstuff. I had a slight runny nose and cough; feeling discomfort!

Slowly a woman came to me, without shaking hands, from the distance I could hear her voice, said:
Sir, go to the hospital; do a check-up!

I said; don't worry! Its nothing! I'm just allergic to the cold, this is usually the case in the winter.

She said: You are not afraid of Corona? Because it's very dangerous. And it is very difficult to survive this virus!

I made a cold laugh and pulled out a napkin from my pocket and put it on my nose.

I said; no madam, I have passed much more deadly viruses for so many long!

She said, 'But, what? Are those contagious? She was worried and just glaring at me!

I said, 'Yes, but not contiguous. The viruses that killed me for my appearance, because of my religious beliefs, because of my language dialect. I've gone through these!

She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Aren't you from China?"

I said; no, ma'am!

She furrowed! At the moment I knew her mind was full of questions. She again turned to me and said; "but where are you from?

I said; Afghanistan

She said; " are you Hazara?"

I said; yes

She said; what are you doing here?

I said; to survive those viruses, I am here!

Her eyes were tears and said, "Unfortunately, I know about Afghanistan." My father worked in Afghanistan and told us a lot about the life of Hazaras!
She said; still, you people are suffering those viruses?!

I said; unfortunately!

The scheduled bus arrived then I had to go ...... from a longer distance, I said goodbye ma'am! Just waving! ...

There are really dangerous viruses in the 21st century! Sometimes it appears under the name of al-Qaeda, sometimes under the name of the Taliban and sometimes under the name of ISIS and the Mujahideen and so on......! She was muttering!

من از ویروس های خطرناک تر از کرونا گذر کرده ام

من در ایستگاه اتوبوس منتظر بودم تا به بازار لوریانت بروم و برخی از مواد غذایی را که نیاز بود را بخرم. کمی ریزش و سرفه خفیف داشتم؛ موجب شده بود تا احساس ناراحتی کنم!

زنی، آهسته کنارم آمد ، بدون اینکه دست بدهد و احوالپرسی کند ، از فاصله ای که صدای او را میتوانستم بشنوم ، گفت:
آقا ، به بیمارستان بروید. معاینه کنید!

گفتم؛ نگران نباش! این هیچ چیز نیست ، من فقط به سرما حساسیت دارم ، این معمولاً در زمستان اتفاق می افتد.

گفت: مگر شما، از کرونا نمی ترسید؟ زیرا بسیار خطرناک است. جان سالم بدر بردن از این ویروس بسیار دشوار است!

خنده ای سرد کردم و دستمال را از جیب بیرون کشیدم و روی بینی ام گذاشتم.

گفتم؛ نه خانم ، من ویروس های بسیار کشنده تر از کرونا را طی مدت طولانیست را پشت سر گذاشته ام!

او گفت: کشنده تر از کرونا؟! اما ، چه؟ آیا اینها ساری نبودند؟
با شنیدن این حرفها او فقط به من خیره شده بود!

گفتم ، "بله ، اما، ساری نیست! ویروس هایی که به دلیل اعتقادات مذهبی من ، به دلیل گویش زبانی ام ، مرا به خاطر چهره ای ظاهر ام به قتل رسانده اند. من اینها را پشت سر گذاشته ام!

شانه هایش را بالا انداخت و گفت: "شما از چین نیستید؟"

گفتم: نه، خانم!
او متحیر شده بود! در لحظه ای که می دانستم ذهن او پر از سوال است. او دوباره به سمت من برگشت و گفت: "اما شما اهل کجایید؟
گفتم: افغانستان
گفت: تو هزاره هستی؟
گفتم؛ آره!

گفت؛ اینجا چه میکنی؟

گفتم: برای زنده ماندن از آن ویروس ها ، اینجا هستم!

چشمانش اشکی شد و گفت: "متأسفانه من در مورد افغانستان می دانم." پدر من در افغانستان کار می کرد و در مورد هزاره ها چیزهای زیادی به ما گفته است!

او گفت؛ هنوز ، شما مردم از آن ویروس ها رنج می برید؟!
گفتم: متأسفانه!

اتوبوس رسید که باید می رفتم ...... از مسافت طولانی تر ، گفتم خداحافظ،خانم ...

با خودش زیر لب میگفت؛ واقعاً ویروس های بسیار خطرناک در قرن بیست و یکم هنوز هم وجود دارند! گاهی تحت نام القاعده ظهور میکند، گاهی زیر نام طالبان ، گاهی زیر نام داعش، مجاهدین و ......!

Outlook and Consequences of the US-Taliban Peace Agreement

Signing the peace agreement between the United States and the Taliban is, on the one hand, legitimizing the Taliban's terrorist group and, on the other hand, gradually letting Afghanistan into the grip of terrorists called the Taliban.

Unfortunately, the US-Taliban peace deal was signed a few days ago, after eighteen months of serious discussion and bargaining on both sides in Doha. It should be noted that the Afghan government has not been part of the negotiations since the beginning of the negotiation process. In a brief interview with a Taliban official with TOLOnews in Doha just before the peace deal was signed, he said, "We do not recognize the Kabul administration and the release of 5,000 Taliban from Afghan prisons is an agreement between the United States and the Islamic Emirate of Taliban. The United States is committed to releasing our prisoners by March 10, 2020. "

The Afghan government has not been involved in the talks process from the very beginning and has not even been aware of the content of the US-Taliban agreement until its post-signing.

If the US troops were not in the country, surely we would have experience full-blown civil war. So Afghanistan is in a very fragile situation. The bed for going to anarchism is suitable in the country. If we look deeply into the different dimensions of the situation, the fragile situation of the country is very much like a worn-out tree with a slight gust of wind can easily fall down.

Meanwhile, the widespread presence of Taliban and ISIS/ISK fighters in most parts of the country and jihadi groups and their leaders are all looking for an opportunity. That is if the Americans and international partners leave Afghanistan, which is one of the Taliban's most prominent demands for the withdrawal of foreign troops in the agreement. Foreign forces must leave Afghanistan within a 14-month timeframe. As foreign forces emerge, Afghanistan will most likely enter a civil war. Afghanistan will eventually fall into the hands of the Taliban. The Taliban regime will once again dominate the Afghan people. Afghanistan will then be overshadowed by the black Taliban regime maybe without war. But it must be remembered that the life of the people under the control of this group will be inside the cage. Religious and ethnic minorities will suffer a lot. The women of the country will be imprisoned in their homes. Schools will be closed to girls once again. Media activity and civil society will stagnate. Immigration will be increased. We will have nothing in the name of freedom after the Taliban comes to power.

I am a victim of the Taliban's black regime. I have been rescued from the Taliban gunman target in my village. If there was not a intervene from one of the Taliban fighters at that moment, I would have been killed like dozens of people killed in our valley.

My imprisonment by the Taliban reminds me of their horror. The nightmare of terror and their destruction is still engraved on the walls of my memory! I will never forget the Taliban's crimes and their mass killings, their plunder, and I can never forget! The violence and devastation of the Taliban forced me to flee to Pakistan. Our people have been killed and displaced several times in recent years by their deadly attacks even with the presence of US and NATO troops. With the current conditions, our people are flooding out of the country to settle down to a safer place. They have no hope for their future in Afghanistan!

So, I'm never optimistic about the US-Taliban peace deal. Since I know the Taliban's ideology, I am convinced that they have no belief in democracy, citizenship, women's rights and respect for minorities, the religious beliefs of others, and so on.

We all know that this peace deal is actually between the United States and the Taliban not to attack each other. So that their troops are safe. The signing of the agreement was a sign of victory for the Taliban. Taliban leaders are now thinking of their future Emirates Islamic government structure.

Unfortunately, after nearly two decades of fighting with what was known as terrorist groups, the United States is returning power to this terrorist group in the name of the peace agreement and the same time legitimizing the Taliban. I am very worried about American acts towards my people and my country and my future!

Since Afghanistan's political parties have ethnic backgrounds and all are formed ethnic-based. We all know that the Taliban is based on Pashtun ethnicity. An ethnicity that considers itself an absolute majority and demanding the compliance of others.

Pashtun technocrats, including modern-day educated, will raise a hegemony with Taliban Pashtuns to remove others. Therefore, all existing parties of non-Pashtun will be eliminated by the Islamic Emirate of the Taliban. Afghanistan will become a graveyard and life under the Taliban will be inside the graveyard!

There is no doubt that the Taliban-era slogans that say, Tajiks go to Tajikistan, Uzbeks go to Uzbekistan and Hazaras go to cemeteries, will be whispered again!

چشم انداز و پیامدهای توافقنامه صلح ایالات متحده و طالبان

امضای توافقنامه صلح بین ایالات متحده و طالبان ، از یک سو مشروعیت بخشیدن به گروه تروریستی طالبان است و از سوی دیگر ، به تدریج افغانستان را به چنگ تروریست های به نام طالبان واگذار کردن است.

متأسفانه ، روز گذشته توافقنامه ی بنام صلح میان ایالات متحده و طالبان پس از هجده ماه چانه زنی های نفس گیر هر دو طرف در دوحه به امضا رسید. لازم به ذکر است که دولت افغانستان از ابتدای روند مذاکرات بخشی از مذاکرات نبود. در مصاحبه ای کوتاه که یک مقام طالبان با طلوع نیوز در دوحه درست قبل از امضای توافق نامه صلح داشت ، با صراحت گفت: "ما اداره کابل را به رسمیت نمی شناسیم و آزادی 5000 طالبان از زندان های افغانستان توافقی بین ایالات متحده و امارت اسلامی طالبان است. ایالات متحده متعهد است كه زندانیان ما را تا 10 مارچ 2020 آزاد كند. "

دولت افغانستان از همان آغاز شامل این مذاکرات نبود و حتا از محتوای توافقنامه آمریکا و طالبان تا زمان انتشار آن پس از امضا، آگاه نبوده است.

کشمکش های موجود بر سر نتایج انتخابات اخیر پر از تقلب ریاست جمهوری بین دو کاندیدای برتر و از سوی دیگر تنش های سیاستمداران کشور بر سر نتایج انتخابات و تلاش هر یک برای دستیابی به قدرت ، افغانستان را به پرتگاه یک جنگ داخلی کشانده است. اگر حضور نیرو های آمریکایی در این کشور نبود ، بدون شک ما اکنون شاهد یک جنگ تمام عیار داخلی بودیم. بنابراین افغانستان در یک وضعیت بسیار شکننده قرار دارد. بستر برای یک هرج و مرج مساعد است. اگر عمیق به ابعاد مختلف شرایط پیش آمده نگاه کنیم ، وضعیت کشور از نظر شکننده گی شباهت زیادی به درخت درون فرسوده ای دارد با وزش اندک بادی میتواند فرو ریزد.

در این میان ، حضور گسترده طالبان و جنگجویان داعش در بیشتر مناطق کشور و گروه ها و رهبران جهادی ، همه به دنبال فرصتی هستند. یعنی اگر آمریکایی ها و شرکای بین المللی افغانستان را ترک کنند ، که یکی از خواسته های برجسته طالبان نیز بیرون شدن نیرو های خارجی در توافق نامه مطرح شده است، میباشد. نیروهای خارجی باید در یک چارچوب زمانی 14 ماهه افعانستان را ترک کنند. با بیرون شدن قوت های خارجی، افغانستان به احتمال زیاد وارد یک جنگ داخلی خواهد شد. افغانستان با گذشت زمان رفته رفته به دست طالبان خواهد افتاد. رژیم طالبان بار دیگر به تدریج بر مردم افغانستان مسلط خواهد شد. شاید افغانستان آنگاه زیر سایه رژیم سیاه طالبان بدون جنگ باشد. اما نباید فراموش کرد که زندگی مردم تحت حاکمیت این گروه درون قفس خواهد بود. اقلیت های مذهبی و قومی وضعیت ناگوار خواهند داشت. زنان کشور در خانه هایشان زندانی خواهند شد. مکاتب دوباره بروی دختران بسته خواهند شد. فعالیت های رسانه ای و جامعه مدنی به رکود مواجه خواهد شد. مهاجرت افزایش می یابد. بعد از روی کار امدن امارت اسلامی طالبان چیزی به نام آزادی در واقع نخواهیم داشت.

من یکی از قربانی های رژیم سیاه طالبان هستم. من از نشانه رفتن به دست یک سرباز طالبان نجات یافته ام. اگر در همان لحظه ای نشانه رفتنم ؛ اگر یکی از همکاران طالبان وساطت نمی کرد مثل ده ها آدم دیگر به دست آن جنگجوی طالب کشته شده بودند، من هم کشته شده بودم.
زندانی شدنم توسط طالبان مرا به یاد وحشت آنها می اندازد. کابوس وحشت و نابودی آنها هنوز بر دیوارهای خاطرات من حک شده است. من هرگز جنایات طالبان و قتل های دسته جمعی، چور و چپاول آنها را فراموش نخواهم کرد و هرگز نمی توانم فراموش کنم. خشونت و ویرانی طالبان مرا مجبور به فرار به پاکستان کرد. اکنون ، مردم ما با حملات مرگبار طالبان حتا با حضور نیروهای آمریکایی و ناتو از خانه و کاشانه هایشان چندین بار در این سالهای پسین بیجا ساخته است. با شرایط وضع شده ای کنونی مردم مان سیل آسا دست به مهاجرت می زنند. هیچ امیدی برای آینده شان ندارند.

بنابربن، من هرگز در مورد توافق صلح ایالات متحده و طالبان خوشبین نیستم. از آنجا که من ایدئولوژی طالبان را می شناسم ، متیقین هستم که آنها هیچ باور به دموکراسی ، حقوق شهروندی ، حقوق زنان و احترام به اقلیت ها ، عقاید مذهبی دیگران و غیره ندارند.

همه ای ما می دانیم که این صلح در واقع بین ایالات متحده و طالبان است که به یکدیگر شان حمله نکنند. تا عساکر شان در مصوونیت قرار داشته باشند. امضای این توافق نامه زنگ پیروزی برای طالبان بود. رهبران طالبان اکنون به فکر ساختار دولت اماراتی آینده شان هستند.

متأسفانه ، ایالات متحده پس از تقریباً دو دهه جنگ با آنها که به عنوان گروه های تروریستی شناخته شده بودند، قدرت را در این کشور به نام توافقنامه صلح به این گروه دهشت افگن باز می گرداند. من بسیار نگران این رفتار آمریکا در قبال مردم و آینده خود و کشورم هستم!

از آنجا که احزاب سیاسی افغانستان اضلاع قومی دارند یعنی همه ای احزاب بر مبنای قومیت شکل گرفته است. همه می دانیم که گروه طالبان مبتنی بر قومیت پشتون است. قوم که خود را اکثریت مطلق میداند و تبعیت سایرین را الزامی. تکنوکرات های پشتون ، بشمول ارگ نشینان امروزی با هارمونی هژمونی با پشتون های طالب برای زدودن سایرین دست و آستین بالا خواهند زد. بنابراین همه احزاب موجود توسط امارت اسلامی طالبان از بین خواهند رفت. افغانستان تبدیل به یک قبرستان خواهد شد و زندگی تحت نظام طالبانی زندگی درون قبرستان خواهد بود!

مطمئناً شعارهای دوره طالبان که می گفتند؛ تاجیک ها به تاجیکستان بروند؛ ازبیک ها به ازبکستان و هزاره ها به گورستان؛ دوباره زمزمه خواهند شد!

Cancellation of Peace Talks With Taliban Is Good News for Our People

I hope sometimes later US President announce military operations against Taliban as of the only solution.

It was almost about ten months that US and Taliban peace negotiators were bargaining on peace dealing in Qatari city of Doha.

Recently both parties reached a relatively agreement. Taliban leaders were negotiating in Doha but their fighters were launching offensive attacks in all around Afghanistan and killing so many innocent people till to strengthen their bargaining position with the US peace negotiator Mr. Zalmay Khalilzad.

Last week Taliban group carried out a vehicle bomb attack in Kabul and killed one American soldier including 11 Afghan civilians.

Couple of days ago in a article (US peace talk with Taliban is Talibanization of Afghanistan) I insisted that America is Talibanizing Afghanistan with such peace talk process and giving this group global identity while during peace negotiations they continued their massive attacks and telling that their fighters will continue to fight till presence of an outsider's soldier in the country. It is common that during peace talk there should be a ceasefire. But Taliban clearly rejected ceasefire during ongoing negotiations.

Anyhow, It's obvious for all that peace is good and we all want peace. But the US peace talk process with Taliban was fundamentally wrong from very beginning. Every day media were broadcasting about peace negotiations of US and Taliban. The Taliban's strong position in the peace talk process.

Exactly this kind of 'peace talk process' created concerns for the people of Afghanistan. It was a secret negotiations between both parties while Afghanistan government was not part of these talks to discuss serious issues on behalf of our people and our country.

"US and Taliban reached an agreement in principle " Zalmay Khalilzad told in an interview few days ago. But today Mr. Donald Trump 'called off US peace talk with Taliban through a Tweet announcement.

It was a good news for Afghan people and for the government of Afghanistan.
Taliban groups are the enemy of our people and surely no one can stop their links with Al-Qaeda Network and other regional terrorist groups who are providing safe havens in Afghanistan and arranging attacks from our country. The only solution to put an end to Afghanistan's war is military operations against this terrorist group and strengthening Afghan security entities. The global community should continue their support toward Afghan people and to government of Afghanistan.

Soft diplomacy doesn't work with Taliban who have deep ideological ties with many terrorists groups. Those who jeopardizing global security and killing innocent people in any part of the world required hard diplomacy ( milatory operations).

My deep thanks to Mr. Donald Trump who stopped Afghanistan from Talibanization. I hope sometimes later US President announce military operations against Taliban as of the only solution.

US Peace Talk with the Taliban Is Talibanization of Afghanistan

It has been about ten months since the peace talks between the Taliban and the US government have been going on strictly. Nine rounds of meetings have been held in Doha between Taliban diplomatic representatives and the US Special Representative for the Peace of Afghanistan, Mr. Khalilzad. Recently, both sides have reportedly reached a relative agreement. Americans insist on a ceasefire after reaching peace agreement. On the other hand, the Taliban is insisting on withdrawing of foreign troops from Afghanistan and establishment of an interim government. These meetings are not attended by representatives of the Afghan government, who should have represented all the people of Afghanistan in these dialogues. Because the Taliban had a precondition that they did not want to talk to the Afghan government and the Taliban considering that the government of Afghanistan is a puppet of the United States. Therefore, the Taliban showed favor of direct talk with United States.
Anyway, peace is good. All the people of Afghanistan are tired of the war and all are thirsty of peace and willing to live in a safe and secure and brotherhood environment, away from explosions and suicide attacks. But as far as we are observing, this can be a reconciliation and peace between the Americans and the Taliban. So after the peace deal between the Americans and the Taliban, the Afghan people will continue to be the victim of the Taliban and global terrorism. We all know that the Taliban have brought numerous casualties to the people of Afghanistan and its government over the past several months during peace talks between the Americans and the Taliban. And the Taliban have said that they will continue to fight till presence of a foreign soldier in Afghanistan. The Taliban said, they will negotiate with the government of Afghanistan after complete withdrawal of international troops from country.
The complexity of the war and the process of peace talks in Afghanistan require a deep and comprehensive analysis. But the public perception is that the Taliban will certainly not abide by their pacts and the same time, it is considered that Taliban is a tool in hands of foreign countries and foreign intelligence agencies, which is mainly believed to be the ISI of Pakistan. Having said that, the Taliban groups have very deep ideological links and ties with other extremist and Islamist groups such as Al-Qaeda Network, the Haqqani Network and other extremist groups in the region.
While Americans and the international coalition have been deployed in Afghanistan for nearly two decades, the purpose of these forces has been to combat global terrorism and destroy their safe havens within Afghanistan and in both sides of Durand lines (tribal areas) and meanwhile to support people of Afghanistan in rebuilding and establishing a strong and responsible government. With the emergence of the Taliban and the expansion of their territory in 1996-2001 in the country, safe havens were provided for global terrorism and carried out their attacks around the world from Afghanistan. Following the September 11, 2001 attack that lead the collapse of Twin Towers of World Trade Centers in US, the Al-Qaeda Network was blamed and the United States demanded the surrender of the Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden who was present in Afghanistan. But the Taliban had/have deep ideological links with the terrorist network of al-Qaeda, refused to do so even with the cost of giving its power in the country. Until the United States inevitably launched a military operation against Taliban and put an end within forty-eight hours to the Taliban absolute sovereignty in Afghanistan and effectively dismantled the Taliban from across the country.
I can remember that the first presidential election was held in 2004 and it was the first time that the Afghan people practicing democracy and were very delightedly cast their votes for their favorite candidates in a very safe environment. And off course, it was the best elections in terms of transparency and large participation of voters in polling centers across the country. We have the best security after just the Taliban defeated in 2001 to 2006. I traveled frequently to the villages of Ahmadzai, Hossein Khel, Zaman Khel, Bala Duri, Dand Shahabuddin and Chashmeh-Sher of Pul-e Khumri and remote areas of Dahana Ghori district and implementing the National Solidarity Development Program. But since that, the situation got worse after months and years. Unfortunately, the situation completely changed to worse now. We have the worst security situation in the country right now. More than 50 to 60 percent of Afghan soil is now whether directly or indirectly under Taliban influence and control. According to Tolo TV, more than 60 districts administrative premises are out of the control of the Afghan government. Just now it is impossible to travel to Dahna Ghori district today, and it has been under full control of the Taliban for several years. Baghlan capital city outskirts are under Taliban control. The Pul-e-Khumri-Mazar road, which crosses the Chashmeh Sher area of Pul-e-Khumri, has recently been named “Road of Death”. In the last week, four passengers have been abducted by Taliban and killed on the roadside. Taliban groups setting on fires the commercial oil tankers in Chashmeh Sher area every day. Just two days ago Taliban launched offensive attacks from three locations on the Pul-e-Khomri city while they had a massive attack a day before on Kunduz city and killing so many people. Taliban fighters were nearly to overrun these two strategic cities but pushed back by pro-government fighters.
The Taliban, especially after 2006, gradually recovered, revived and carried out deadly attacks, especially in the Shia Hazara residential areas in Afghanistan, killing thousands and spreading grief and sorrows to thousands of poor and innocent minority Hazaras families. Hazara passengers got out of their buses and were shot on the roadside and taking hostages of Hazara passengers have become routine practice for the Taliban.
All knows the Taliban's brutality, hostility and hatred against Shia Hazara. The killing and beheading of the Hazara people for the Taliban has become a daily watch and game. Hazara gatherings have been repeatedly targeted by deadly suicide bombings and explosions. The latest attack in August 2019 carried out by Taliban in a wedding party in a hotel in Kabul and killing 96 people and left hundreds injured.
The Taliban massacred Hazaras in various provinces when they were in power in 1996 -2001. There was countless oppression on women of Afghanistan. Women could not get out of the house without permission of male members of the family and could not walk without accompanying of spouse or a close male dependent. Women were not allowed to go schools. Women had lost their basic human rights. Women were often shot and flogged in public. The women were stoned. The women faced force marriages. It says that more than 3,000 women from Shamali areas have been sold out to Pakistan and the Arab countries during black regime of Taliban.
Thus, US peace talks with the Taliban, after eighteen years of presence of the international community and US-led anti-terrorism forces in Afghanistan, unfortunately gave this criminal group a global identity and legitimacy. Whereas the extremist, terrorist and pro-terrorist group that threatened global security and slaughtering innocent people every day, would be dealt with through war and military invasions as they are the enemy of humanity. And the military option is the only solution to eliminate the face of world from these terrorist groups. The elimination of these terrorist groups leads to world peace and global security.
Now, the concern is that after the US reconciliation with the Taliban, this group will be having a shared power in Afghanistan. It says that key cabinet positions will be handed over to them. I have full confidence that with the passage of time, Taliban controls and influence in will be escalating in the country. Gradually Afghanistan will become Talibanized and The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan regime will gradually change to the Islamic Emirate of Taliban. In fact, Americans are Talibanizing the country with this approach of peace negotiation. And the Talibanization of the country will do absolutely irreparable damage to Afghanistan's fledgling democracy, the rights of minorities, and especially the rights of women in the country. And the same time, I should frankly declare that, with such peace agreement the global security will be jeopardized. After this, the Afghan people will again witness the crisis of the Taliban's black regime in the near future. Afghans and international community's 18-years achievements will be lost. Again that slogan will be whispered by the Taliban: "Tajiks go to Tajikistan, Uzbeks go to Uzbekistan and Hazara go to Goristan (cemeteries)".

یک دنیا دلواپسی!

شب است، روی بالکن خانه ای که به اجاره گرفته است، مینشیند. چراغ های کنار جاده روشن است و یک جفت چشمان متجسسش گرداگرد را دید میزد. با هر نفسیکه میکشید حسی ازدلواپسی و غربت برایش دست میداد. هرچند که اینجا کوچه و پس کوچه برایش آشنایی دارد. ولی، دوری از دوستان و میهن خیلی ها آزار دهنده است. اینجا تنهاست، نوستالوژی عمیقی او را میآزارد. چند وقت پیش، مادر پیرش در وطن مرده است، عایشه ازدواج نموده، کبیر و لطیف از راه های غیر قانونی راهی اروپا شده است؛ کریم و سیف الدین و . . . هم دوسال قبل به وطن باز گشته اند. سالهای زیادی است که در غربت به سر میبرد و اکنون دلش پر از حسرت دیدار دوستان است!

هر روز که از کار بر میگردد؛ خبر های مربوط به افغانستان را در رسانه ها دنبال میکند. جز خبری از افزایش انفجار و انتحار و ده ها موارد از خشونت را می میبیند. وطنش به دهشت ملکی تبدیل شده است که در دل های آدم هایش جز رعب و وحشت است. قرار گزارش ها بیشتر از یک میلیون انسان متعاد به مواد مخدر را به خود جا داده است. بلند ترین میزان بی شغلی را ازان خود کرده است. وطنش دارای پارلمان ناکارا و دولتمردان زورگوی و مستبد است و سر انجام جایگاه فاسد ترین کشور جهان را به خود اختصاس داده است. در این سالهای پسین کابل جان قلب سرزمینش سکون وآرامش خود را کاملاً از دست داده است. از اینرو، دل نمیکند که به زادگاهش (افغانستان) بر گردد.
روز های صلح، امن و باهمی در ذهنش متجلی میشود. خاطراتی از زندگی و دوستانش از ایام جوانیش در قریه و قشلاق در دفتر ذهنش مرور میشود. خود را آرام بر روی دیواری بالکن تکیه میدهد. گیلاس آبی را که کنارش بود، سر میکشد و به فکر عمیقی فرو میرود. انگار گویی موسم بهار است و با جمع از همبازی هایش کنار رود خانه ای سرخآب و میان مزارع سبز گندم قدم میزند. باد سردی موی ها و پراهنش را تکان میداد. صدای شرشر دریا که از کنار مزرعه میگذرد گوشهایش را نوازش میداد. آنوقت ها نه از انفجار خبری بود و نه از انتحار.

سال 2014 هم در راه است. سالیکه قرار است که نیروهای بین المللی کمک به امنیت افغانستان را ترک بکنند. دلهره بازگشت دوباره طالبان نیز در تصورش مجسم میشود. روز های سخت فرار از وطن یادش میآید، عبور از راه های دشوار گذر، مثل: شش پل، کوتل حاجی گگ، مسیر مارپیچی ماهیپر، آن روزهایکه طالبان با چشمان سرمه کشیده، عمامه سیاه، ریش های بلند و سیمای خشن با شعار" افغانستان تنها سرزمین افغان ها است" دیگران را مبجور به ترک وطن شان میکرد و چی ظلمی را بر مردم روا می داشتند! فضای ذهنش لبریز از واهمه های برگشت دوباره طالبان و جنگ های تنظیمی ده های هفتاد، آنگاهیکه رهبران تنظیم ها برای احراز قدرت با هم درگیر نبرد های مسلحانه میشدند و هزاران هزار هموطن بیگناهش جان های عزیز خویش را از دست میداد، میشود.

صبح از راه میرسد. نور طلایی خورشید از ورای شیشه های کلکین درون خانه را روشن میسازد. به ساعتی کوچک که در مقابلش است، نگاه میکند، ساعت هفت بجه صبح را نشان میدهد. همه جا را جمع و جور مینماید. صبحانه اش را صرف میکند. جلو آیینه می استد به چهره اش نگاه میکند چین و چروک صورتش بیشتر شده و تعداد موی های سفید شقیقه اش نیز افزایش یافته است. امروز را نیز مثل روز های قبل با رفتن سوی کار و بار و با تصویر آینده مجهول و افسرده دل میآغازد.
